Sandra “Sandy” King began her real estate career in 1994 running a rental and property management business in New Bedford where she is responsible for 6 buildings.

In 2004 Sandy was approached by Water Street Realtors to bring her expertise to the Tri Town Area by starting a rental/management business out of their Mattapoisett office.
She jumped on board and is now considered by many to be the “go to” Mattapoisett Rental Agent. She especially enjoys working with people moving to the area that don’t know the local rental or sales market. Sandy takes pride in providing outstanding personal attention to their needs. When working with homeowners wishing to rent their homes, she helps them navigate their way through the entire process.
Sandy handles all types of rentals; short term vacation stays, winter and year round rentals.
Also in the real estate sales market, Sandy loves working with buyers relocating to the local area.

Sandy is a member of The Greater New Bedford Board of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors.

In her spare time Sandy love spending it with her 3 children and entertaining friends and family. She is a passionate gardener and loves to travel to the Caribbean Islands.
