According to the recent statistics provided by trulia.com , Fairhaven, MASS Real Estate makes me go hmmmm. As the charts below show, the Avgerage Listing Price of homes have dropped by only a small margin BUT the Median Sales Price has gone UP by a whopping 33%. This sparks my interest for sure.
