Bold Distinctive was created for the higher end property. For your home to be considered for a Bold Distinctive home, the property would need a score of 10 on a list of criteria. The criteria includes market value, location, condition, upgrades, curb appeal, uniqueness,and more. The benefit of being a Distinctive home is that your listing receives additional services.

On this website, Realtor Tracey Lee has been adding video tours through the many parts of this waterfront home in Wareham. This website will also contain local information, tide charts, etc. The idea is to be maximized when someone is searching on the internet to find this home. This home will be in the forefront of the search.
