BOLD MOVeS Real Estate celebrated Mother’s Day with a “BE BOLD OR OLD…I AM BOTH” theme when many associates participated and/or volunteered at the Tiara Classic Mother’s Day Race sponsored by Women’s Fund of Southeatern Massachusetts.

Our team captain was Gerald Lanagan, and his whole family took part. Christal Lanagan is our Home Stager for Christal Clear, and children Gerald (third place overall…), Molly, Chloe, and friend Morgan Bliss came along.

Paula (http://paulatosca.com) and Jeff Tosca, Connor and Kate Lanagan MacGregor and Marciano (Rocky) Silva were the water stop volunteers at Ned’s Point.

Rocky’s Mom, Realtor Carla Silva ran with her daughter Cayla, brother in law and father in law (winner in age division). Spectacular family!

Sarah is our Director of Operations for the company, a position that brings her additional responsibility of running the daily operations of the offices. It is quite remarkable that with her responsibilities, she is also our number one Listing Agent in April.

Sarah has been with BOLD MOVeS Real Estate for 4 years, and has become an integral part of our success. Her commitment to her clients, the company and her fellow associates is inspiring. She is highly organized and detail oriented.

Sarah lives in Rochester with her family; husband Michael, son Aaron, daughters Kelsey and Lindsay. She also has a very special dog named Dallas. According to the recent statistics provided by trulia.com , Fairhaven, MASS Real Estate makes me go hmmmm. As the charts below show, the Avgerage Listing Price of homes have dropped by only a small margin BUT the Median Sales Price has gone UP by a whopping 33%. This sparks my interest for sure. Bold Distinctive was created for the higher end property. For your home to be considered for a Bold Distinctive home, the property would need a score of 10 on a list of criteria. The criteria includes market value, location, condition, upgrades, curb appeal, uniqueness,and more. The benefit of being a Distinctive home is that your listing receives additional services.

This website will also contain local information, tide charts, etc. The idea is to be maximized when someone is searching on the internet to find this home. Welcome back to Question & Answer on Frequently asked Septic System Questions.This is Russ Dubois with Bold Moves Real Estate and owner of Parkside Excavation.

QUESTION:I have lived in my home for a long period of

time and have never experience any problems with my septic

system. WHY DO I NEED TO HAVE IT INSPECTED?

ANSWER: The reason for inspections, even though you have not had any problems,

is to protect the interest of a prospective buyer & their financing bank. In years before

TITLE V, people have purchased homes not knowing that there could be a potential

future septic failure. After living in their new home for a few months they discover the septic system is backing up into their home. This becomes a seriously expensive problem for someone who has just purchased one of the biggest investments in their life.
